Please join us on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. for tours, refreshments, and a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the new St. Vrain Community Hub in Longmont.
The "official" program will start at 5:30 p.m.
Come mingle with staff, friends, and community partners as we share in the long-awaited opportunity to integrate our core health, housing, and human services all under one roof.
