Baseline Road closed between 55th Street and Cherryvale Road for emergency repairs

Culvert failure forces closure of Baseline Road east of Boulder

Crews are currently working to repair a culvert and road that failed on Baseline Road just west of Gapter Road. The work requires closing Baseline in both directions between Cherryvale Road and 55th Street. Detours have been established. Crews hope to have the road reopened later this afternoon or early this evening, hopefully by evening commute. Boulder County Transportation apologizes for any inconveniences resulting from the detour.
