Announcement of Banking Agency Management Team (BAMT) Public Meeting
The Project Delivery Team (PDT) and the Bank Agency Management Team (BAMT), established by the 2011 interagency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning Mitigation and Conservation Banking and In-Lieu Fee Programs in California is hosting a hybrid public meeting on May 19, 2026. The purpose of this meeting is to provide mitigation banking updates and solicit input from stakeholders. Pursuant to the 2011 MOU, the BAMT, in coordination with the PDT, is responsible for hosting public meetings to provide updates on templates, guidance, processes, etc., or to address areas for improvement in mitigation and conservation banking.
MEETING DESCRIPTION: The public meeting is on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The meeting will be held in-person at 1325 J Street, Room 805, Sacramento, California and via Teams. Interested parties must RSVP by May 15, 2026. In person RSVPs must be sent by email to Laura.b.shively@usace.army.mil. To participate via Teams, interested parties must register here.
