Wildlife Conservation Board Launches New Project Portal for Grant Applications
Pre-applications and invited full applications must now be submitted through the WCB Project Portal
WCB is now accepting pre-applications and invited full applications through the new WCB Project Portal. WCB will no longer accept application materials submitted separately by email.
The Project Portal has been designed to streamline the grant process from pre-application to award and final close-out. It can be accessed on WCB’s website. We have developed written guidance materials and a recorded training tutorial to help applicants navigate the new process.
We appreciate your patience as we launch the Project Portal and welcome any feedback to help improve its functionality over time. Please reach out to the Project Portal help desk with any questions.

Persons with disabilities needing reasonable accommodation to participate in public meetings or other CDFW activities are invited to contact CDFW's Accessibility Coordinator in the Civil Rights Office at (916) 902-5577, or send an email to CivilRights@wildlife.ca.gov. Reasonable Accommodation requests for facility and/or meeting accessibility should be received at least 21 days prior to the event. Requests for American Sign Language Interpreters should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event, and requests for Real-Time Captioning at least four weeks prior to the event. These timeframes are to help ensure that the requested accommodation is met.
