Final Certification of Consistency Filed
The Department of Water Resources on Oct. 17 submitted its Final Certification of Consistency with the Delta Plan for the Delta Conveyance Project.
That action triggered a 30-calendar-day period during which appeals challenging the project’s Delta Plan consistency may be filed with the Delta Stewardship Council. Because the deadline falls on a weekend, interested parties have until Monday, Nov. 17, to file appeals.
Maven's Notebook has an explainer about the process here.
