Virtual Meeting for CBEI Public Comment - July 8 at 1pm
The Project Delivery Team (PDT), established by the 2011 inter-agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning Mitigation and Conservation Banking and In-Lieu Fee Programs in California, has finalized the new 2025 Conservation Bank Enabling Instrument (CBEI) template.
CDFW will host a virtual public meeting (register here) on Tuesday, July 8 from 1pm to 2pm to discuss the CBEI while the public comment period is open. If you cannot attend, the meeting will be recorded and made available upon request.
Please note that CDFW will post the CBEI document and send a notice when the CBEI public comment period begins, in mid June.
