GRA February symposium will look at The Future of Water
An interactive symposium to discuss “The Future of Water” will be held Friday, Feb. 23, in Sacramento. Hosted by the Groundwater Resources Association of California (GRA), the symposium will offer presentations on artificial intelligence, climate change, Tribal Ecological Knowledge, and innovations in addressing groundwater challenges. Discount registration rates are available through Wednesday, Feb. 7.

Executive summary for the State of Bay-Delta Science released
The Delta Science Program has released the executive summary to one of its core strategic documents, The State of Bay-Delta Science. The latest version explores the scientific understanding of plants and algae in the Bay-Delta, emphasizing the benefits and negative effects they provide. The State of Bay-Delta Science is a communication effort providing the latest scientific information on topics relevant to the Bay-Delta system.
New California Grazing Lands Coalition gets started
The California Rangeland Conservation Coalition has started a new project called the California Grazing Lands Coalition. It is designed to promote rangeland stewardship through the collaborative efforts of ranchers, conservation districts, and government agencies. The effort is affiliated with the National Grazing Lands Coalition.

Save the date for February's Rangeland Summit
Save the date for this year’s Rangeland Summit. It will be Friday, Feb. 23, in Stockton. The summit program is being developed. Registration will open in January. Information is available for those interested in setting up a booth or presenting posters during the summit.
