Colgate Tunnel Project update: Significant increase in noise on lower Lake Francis Road starting Nov. 1

As we shared earlier this month, our Colgate Tunnel and Penstock Improvement Project is officially underway. With that, we want to alert you to an expected increase in noise that you may experience beginning this weekend.

Starting Saturday, Nov. 1, we will begin work on the upper part of our penstock pipe. This work will be fairly continuous over the next week and the noise associated with it may be disruptive.
