Today's penstock pipe delivery is in route and anticipated to arrive at Old Dobbins and Lake Francis Road around 2 p.m. today, Friday, June 6. As a reminder, traffic along Marysville Road, Old Dobbins Road and Lake Francis Road will be impacted during the delivery.
- This is an approximately 19-foot tall, 16-foot-wide, oversized load that will be escorted by the California Highway Patrol to ensure safety and manage traffic. Local utilities will also be on-site to help move any utility lines along the route.
- Traffic control will allow vehicles to pass through, but expect some delays, especially along narrower sections of Lake Francis Road where turnouts are limited. Allow extra time to travel in and out of the area this afternoon.

The June 6 penstock pipe sections delivery will be traveling eastbound along Marysville Road toward New Colgate Powerhouse. The delivery is expected to reach Lake Francis Road around 2 p.m.
