This email is to inform interested parties of the tentative agenda for the State Water Resources Control Board’s (Board) public hearing to receive comments on the revised draft Sacramento/Delta updates to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Watershed (Bay-Delta Plan), as well as Chapter 13 of the supporting draft Staff Report.
The public hearing will be held on January 28-30, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am each day, and will follow the tentative agenda as described below. The agenda is subject to change at the Board’s discretion.
January 28

- Remarks from Director Karla Nemeth, Department of Water Resources

Individual speakers have signed up for a particular day and will be called to speak in the order they submitted their virtual speaker card unless otherwise arranged. Generally, individual comments will begin with those attending in-person followed by those participating remotely.
If you would like to make an individual comment at the hearing, please fill out a virtual speaker card. For those who only wish to watch the hearing, a webcast will be available at youtube.com/user/BoardWebSupport and video.calepa.ca.gov/ (closed captioning available) and should be used unless you intend to comment.
