Water Use Reports Due - Action Needed if Not Yet Submitted
❗If you have already submitted your 2023-2024 Annual Water Use Report, thank you for your timely submittal – please disregard this email. ❗
This notice is for water right holders who have NOT submitted their Annual Water Use Report(s) for the 2023-2024 reporting year. Reports were due prior to February 1, 2025. Approximately 38 percent of water use reports are now late.

Who is affected? Appropriative water right holders and registrants who submit reports more than 30 days late will incur late fees.

Grace period: Submit your report by March 1, 2025, to avoid late reporting fees.

After March 1, 2025: Late fees will apply and be added to your annual water right fee, which should be billed in Fall 2025.
Submit your report online via the Report Management System (RMS):

You will need your assigned Water Right ID(s) and Password(s) (Reporting Identifier). Submit a separate report for each water right.
