The 2024-25 CWSRF Intended Use Plan (IUP) establishes a Fundable List (Appendix B) and Comprehensive List (Appendix C) of projects. The Fundable List and Comprehensive List serve the CWSRF Base Program and CWSRF General Supplemental funding. The CWSRF Fundable List is a subset of the CWSRF Comprehensive List and represents those projects that the Deputy Director of the Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) may approve for funding, provided the projects meet all eligibility requirements.
Per the 2024-25 CWSRF IUP, DFA will periodically update the Fundable List on the CWSRF website and allow for public comment.
The Draft Updated 2024-25 CWSRF Intended Use Plan Comprehensive List and Draft Updated 2024-25 CWSRF Intended Use Plan Fundable List are available to comment for 30 days on the CWSRF webpage . All comments are due by February 24, 2025. Comments should be submitted to CleanWaterSRF@waterboards.ca.gov with “Draft FY 2024-25 IUP December Update” in the subject line.
