Please be advised that the Division of Water Rights will be hosting a virtual staff workshop on June 26, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30 am. The purpose of the workshop is to provide prospective applicants with an overview of the temporary permitting process for groundwater recharge projects and to provide tips for successful filing.

Topics expected for inclusion:

• Overview of the temporary permit process, including how to file for temporary permit and tips for successful submittal
• Overview of common permit terms
• Diversion trigger selection, including overview of streamlined pathway
