California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)

The State Water Board will consider adopting a Maximum Contaminant Level for Hexavalent Chromium and certifying final Environmental Impact Report on
April 17, 2024 during its regular Board Meeting. Proposed Regulation Text,
Final Environmental Impact Report (with Appendices), and a
Draft Responsive Summary for comments are available for review.
