Delinquent Annual Reports Will Receive Notice of Violation

California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)

The Division of Water Rights will send Notices of Violation in a few weeks to water right holders and claimants who have not submitted their 2022-2023 annual use reports or statements, which were due before February 1, 2024.

If you submit your past-due report promptly, you will not receive the notice and potential future enforcement action. If you have questions about submitting your report, contact the Division at 916-341-5300 or via email at DWR@waterboards.ca.gov.
