Let’s Get Ready for California Invasive Species Action Week 2024
It is that time of the year again! This year’s California Invasive Species Action Week will be June 1- June 9, 2024.
If you are scheduling an event for the California Invasive Species Action Week, reminder - anything related to invasive species in California (invasive species removal projects, workshops, lectures, or community displays (i.e. at a library or county civic center)) qualifies as an event, please request and fill out the CISAW Participant form so that CDFW can add you to a statewide event list online (www.wildlife.ca.gov/cisaw). This will continually be updated as event information forms come in.
Invasive species are a series threat to the health of our watersheds and the benefits they provide. Everyone can help steward California's waters by preventing the release or spread of invasive species and reporting species.
