Hello Public Water System Representative:

On Friday, January 5, 2024, the Division of Drinking Water is closing the reporting year (RY) 2022 electronic Annual Report (eAR) Survey located on the eAR Portal prohibiting any further editing or changes. During this time, you will still have access to the eAR Portal including past eARs, uploaded documents, and the Arrearages Surveys.

The eAR is scheduled to be released on February 1, 2024. You will be able to access the RY2023 eAR via the eAR Portal after its release date.

All public water systems are required to complete an eAR under the January 2023 technical reporting order located HERE.

Thank you for your cooperation in completing the eAR.
