Below Market Rate (BMR) Homes, ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, are coming to Walnut Creek. The homes are part of Habitat for Humanity's BMR townhomes named Esperanza Place.

Interested applicants can follow the steps below: 

  1. Make sure you are eligible based on your income and family size. Also, read the program guidelines. 
  2. Attend an orientation. Orientations are free, hour-long classes that cover everything you need to know about becoming a homeowner with Habitat. 
  3. Complete the pre-application. Interested applicants can either submit a pre-application online or by downloading a pdf version to print.
