Anton Noma is pleased to announce the lottery for the upcoming eleven (11) affordable rental units located at 1910 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Anton Noma is a brand new community that is offering one (1) studio, seven (7) one-bedroom, and three (3) two-bedroom units to qualified applicants.

All affordable units are reserved for income qualified applicants based on the 50% Area Median Income (AMI) Limits. Potential applicants who meet the income restriction outlined below may submit interest to the lottery list located here: https://forms.gle/5KgSxuYk6uUySFAr6. ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE NOTE: The lottery interest list will close at 5pm on June 9, 2022. The lottery drawing will take place on June 10^th and the successful applicants will be notified by phone and email. All income verification documents must be received no later than June 16^th for the lotter winners or your application will be cancelled.
