Get Out. Give Back. Feel Great! Community Service Day coming on Saturday, October 9
Join with your family and friends for a morning of celebration and community service. Many outdoor projects still have space available, particularly at our local schools which are in need of some extra attention. You can also support the Community Food Drive, with donation stations outside of local grocery stores between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. You can also donate virtually, as the struggle with hunger insecurity continues throughout the Bay Area. You can make a difference with just a few hours of work, and feel good about how you are contributing to the beautification of Walnut Creek. Visit the Community Service Day webpage to get more information and register to participate.
