Recreation Programs
Recreation Sports Pee Wee & Youth T-Ball: Play Ball! Our Pee Wee T-Ball (ages 3-4) and Youth T-Ball (ages 5 -7) will run this Spring. Participants will learn basic T-ball skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship in a non-competitive atmosphere. Registration is now open and will close on Feb.14. Youth T-Ball begins on March 31, and Pee-Wee T-Ball starts on April 7.
The registration fee for Pee-Wee T-Ball is $53-resident, $59-non-resident & Youth T-Ball is $69-resident, $76-non-resident.
Youth Volleyball: Are you ready to serve? Our Recreation Division is offering co-ed volleyball for ages 11 through 13. Participants will learn fundamental bumping, passing, teamwork, and sportsmanship skills. The season will run from April 14 through June 14.
The volleyball registration fee is $69 for residents and $76 for non-residents.
Outdoor Activity Calling all teen explorers! Join our six-week Outdoor Adventure Program this spring.
Designed for teens ages 13 through 17, this program will give you the chance to discover the wonders of various eco-systems, hike through beautiful trails, and kayak on serene waters! Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early!

Seeking Vendors for Spring Festival & Egg Hunt
Applications are now open to vendors interested in participating in our Spring Festival and Egg Hunt, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hook Park.
Visit VictorvilleCA.gov/SpecialEvents or Hook Park to submit your application before the April 4 deadline.
Food vendor spaces are $65, and retail booths are $45 for a 10x10 space.

Dr. Seuss Birthday Extravaganza
Join us at the Victorville City Library Friday, Feb. 28 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a Dr. Seuss Birthday Extravaganza!
This special event will offer lots of fun including a story time, silly crafts, raffles, games, and small giveaways while supplies last. Children are encouraged to dress up as characters from Dr. Seuss books.

Zip Books: Is there a book you want to read, but the Victorville City Library does not have it?
Submit a zip book application, and you could get the item delivered right to your door. When you’ve finished reading the book, return it to our library for another patron to enjoy.
Free Tree for Earth Day! The Victorville City Library is partnering with Neighborhood Forest to inspire youth environmentalism and add some green in our #cityofvv community! We invite parents and guardians to register your child to receive a free tree this Earth Day. Tree saplings will be delivered to the Library and ready for children to take home around Earth Day.
