We're excited to announce that our Victorville Wellness Center was named a 2024 Best Building Project of the Year by the American Public Works Association! A record-breaking 97 entries from 53 agencies were submitted this year showcasing remarkable commitment to advancing public works in Southern California.
The Wellness Center is at the heart of our strategic goal to reduce homelessness in the #cityofvv. Since opening at the end of 2023, nearly 100 individuals have graduated through our support services to permanent housing.

Animal Services
New Office
Our Animal Services will soon transition to their new, permanent location. Thanks to a new lease with the Victor Valley Union High School District, the former Goodwill High School will be the site of the new Victorville Animal Services and Adoption Center. Staff is working hard to complete renovations on the buildings and get them ready to serve the public and our "furry" friends.
Look for more details to come. We appreciate your support!

Environmental Programs
Community Cleanup Stats:
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible volunteers and generous sponsors who made our October Community Cleanup Day a success! Our 785 volunteers collected more than 3,000 bags of litter all throughout the City of Victorville.
In total, we gathered an astonishing 8.95 TONS of trash—equivalent to 17,900 pounds of waste to restore the beauty of our vibrant community. Your commitment to keep Victorville clean and beautiful is truly inspiring, and we couldn't have achieved this without each and every one of you.
