Our Fall Festival is planned for Oct. 5! This year we have an amazing lineup of live entertainment, craft & food vendors, a Kids Zone, pet adoption clinic, beer garden, and more!
We invite you to come out and join us from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. in front of City Hall, 14343 Civic Dr. All rides and entertainment are FREE!

Animal Care and Control
Join us for a free pet licensing and microchipping event, Aug. 24 from 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at our Animal Care & Control Office located at 14206 Amargosa Rd. To participate, your pet must have a valid rabies vaccination. You're also invited to meet the pets we have available for adoption.
If you can't make it Saturday, meet the available pets at our Animal Care & Control Office Mon.-Thur. 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. and Fri. 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
If you aren't able to adopt, please consider becoming a short- or long-term volunteer foster to give the animals in our care the socialization and attention they need to remain adoptable.

Labor Day Closure

Recreation Programs
Teen Activity Group (T.A.G)
The City of Victorville is seeking teen volunteers who are passionate about their community! This FREE program is for ages 13-17 and designed to assist with college and career prep, social skills development, city event support training, and it provides volunteer hours for school and college. We are now accepting applications.

Preschool
Preschool is a great way to jump start your child’s education. In our preschool program, your child will learn new skills, participate in fun activities, and socialize with other children!
We are currently enrolling for children between the ages of two and five for classes at Hook Community Center and Sunset Ridge Park. The deadline to register is Aug. 25.

Library
Monthly programming at the Victorville City Library returns in September. Join us on select days for story time, blocks and cars, and much more.

Pace Center
The Pace Center, an all-inclusive elderly care facility, is expected to open later this month!
This 18,340-square-foot facility will offer adult day care and onsite clinical care for seniors. The Pace Center will be the first of its kind in the High Desert to offer clinical care, rehabilitation, therapy, activity rooms, a dining area, and more in one location!
We appreciate their investment in the City of Victorville.
