|
In an effort to revitalize Old Town, we have launched an Old Town Commercial Façade Improvement Program for business and property owners located within the target project area.
The purpose of the program is to enhance commercial buildings, attract private investment, beautify commercial corridors, generate shopping, and preserve the historic area.
Applicants whose applications have been accepted for this program will receive a one-time loan up to $50,000 for the purpose of making external repairs and improvements to their commercial building. Improvements include but are not limited to: new signage, new awnings, exterior lights, anti-graffiti treatment, and ADA enhancements.
For more information or to apply, please visit VictorvilleCA.gov/OTFacadeProgram or call (760) 955-5032.
