 City of Victorville Online Payment & Billing Systems Operational

VICTORVILLE, Calif. - Today, the City of Victorville announced that its online payment and billing services are operational following a recent outage.
Customers wanting to pay online at VictorvilleCA.gov will be prompted to re-register with the City’s new web bill pay portal.
Because the City’s billing system was offline for a few weeks, some customers may receive bills that cover multiple months’ worth of charges.
Those needing payment assistance are invited to reach out to the Customer Service Department at (760) 955-5001.
Through the end of this calendar year, customers will not be charged late fees nor will the City enact any utility shutoffs.
“We apologize for the inconvenience this outage has caused our customers, and we very much appreciate your understanding and patience as we worked through the technical issues impacting our systems,” said Victorville Public Information Officer, Sue Jones.
