We’re excited to reopen all City facilities on Monday, Feb. 14 and serve our community in-person once again. Walk-ins are welcome to the customer service counters on the first floor of City Hall. This includes services for water, trash, animal-licensing, planning, engineering, building, fire, code enforcement and business license. City Council & Planning Commission Meetings In Person and on Zoom
Meetings of our Victorville City Council and Planning Commission will be conducted in person and on Zoom. Capacity limits in Council Chambers will be reduced to allow for social distancing during meetings. Amazon Fulfillment Center
Construction is progressing well on the Amazon Fulfilment Center, which is expected to bring 1,000 new jobs to the City of Victorville! This is just one of four industrial buildings under construction at our Southern California Logistics Airport thanks to our development partner, Prologis! The Victorville economy is thriving!

Black History Month
We’re proud to celebrate Black History Month by honoring black Americans and their tremendous contributions to U.S. History. Our Civil Rights Memorial at City Hall honors black civil rights leaders including Jackie Robinson, Harriet Tubman, Fredrick Douglass, Asa Philip Randolph, and Martin Luther King Jr. Learn more about these black Americans who changed our nation for the benefit of all people at VictorvilleCA.gov/civilrightsmemorial.

Business Licenses Issued in 2021
Last year, we issued 2,067 business licenses including more than 100 new retail businesses! We’re thrilled to welcome new businesses and we’re grateful for their tremendous investment in Victorville!

Abatement Efforts and Community Clean Ups
In 2021, we collected nearly 1,500 TONS of trash through our many abatement efforts and community clean ups! SB County Homeless Point in Time Count
To slow the spread of COVID-19, SB County has postponed the Homeless Point in Time Count to Feb. 24. Volunteers are still needed. For more information, visit link.sbcounty.gov/PITC.

Everyone age five and older is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for persons under 18. The Pfizer vaccine is being administered at County and State OptumServ sites. A parent or guardian must accompany their children ages five through 17 to vaccine appointments, and a driver's license or birth certificate is needed to verify age.
