This week, we celebrated the grand opening of Fire Station 315! Activating this station has enabled us to expand medical service to the southwest corner of Victorville; thanks to the revenue generated by Measure P. We’re excited to invest this revenue to increase essential services and build a stronger Victorville!
We officially opened this satellite station located at 12820 Eucalyptus Street on July 3, and it's staffed with six firefighter/paramedics.
Bringing Fire Station 315 online was a priority identified in the Victorville Public Safety Plan approved by the City Council in May 2020. According to the plan, the population of Victorville has nearly doubled in the past 20 years; and fire and medical calls for service increased by 47 percent since 2011.
To learn more about the history of Fire Station 315, visit vv.city/fs315.

Face Coverings Required Inside City of Victorville Facilities
Face coverings will be required of all City employees and visitors when inside City of Victorville facilities regardless of vaccination status effective Aug. 13.
The face covering requirement is a necessary precaution to protect our community and employees from the spread of COVID-19 as the number of local positive cases and hospitalizations have increased significantly in the last few weeks.
This requirement is in accordance with CDC and California Department of Public Health recommendations that both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals in high-transmission areas wear face coverings in indoor settings.
Face coverings will be required inside all City facilities including Council Chambers where public meetings are held.
Additional information about our response to COVID-19 is available at VictorvilleCA.gov/coronavirus.
