Registration System Update
Drop-in passes are now called activity passes. Purchase or view activity passes in the new online system under the Memberships tab or at our Customer Service desks.
Unused passes from the old system will be manually moved to the new system starting in May. To avoid creating unnecessary accounts, the transfer process depends on your recent activity:
- If you used a pass within the past year, your pass(es) will be moved automatically.
- If it has been more than a year since you used a pass, you will receive an email and a letter in the mail with instructions to call us to arrange the transfer.
If you do not have an account in the new system, one will be created for you when the transfer begins. Once the process is complete, you will receive a notification that the passes are available in your account.

Activity Pass F.A.Q.:
Attention Lap Swimmers: The QR code on your account is not connected to your Activity Pass. To check in, please provide the pass number or barcode from your receipt.
How do I find my pass number or barcode?
You can find this information in your Sunnyvale Activities account by following a few simple steps:
- Sign in to your Sunnyvale Activities online account.
- Under "Payment and Order Services", select "Transaction and Payment History."
- Your membership sales will be shown, including the receipt number.
- Select the most recent highlighted number under "Membership Sale."
- Your receipt will appear. Scroll down to find your current pass number and barcode.
How many visits do I have left?
You can view how many visits are left on your activity pass by following a few simple steps:
- Sign in to your Sunnyvale Activities online account.
- Under "Other Services, " select "Memberships."
- Your membership information will be shown, including:
- Pass #
- Type of membership
- The usage and expiry date
- Any limitations of usage
