Events Calendar

Summer Recreation Job Fair

Date: Tuesday, March 3
Time: 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Location: Sunnyvale Senior Center, 550 E. Remington Drive

It's not too late to apply and get hired for summer break! We're hiring for part-time, unbenefited positions that offer flexible hours (10-40 hours) while making an impact in our community.

How to prepare for the fair!

Find out what to bring with you to apply. (Note: Applicants under age 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.)
Apply online before the event to reduce your wait time and increase your opportunity to interview at the fair.

Locations: Exhibits located in the Sunnyvale Senior Center and the Sunnyvale Public Library

Experience rotating art exhibits featuring talented regional artists at the Sunnyvale Senior Center and Sunnyvale Public Library. Enjoy the current artwork, including Ready to Harvest, Last Sunnyvale Apricot by Ann Thiermann, Introspection by Geeta Taneja and Getting Through Breakfast by Meghna Sharma. New exhibits are featured throughout the year.

Child Care Fair

Community Event and Neighborhood Grant Program

The spring 2026 application cycle for the Community Event Grant Program and Neighborhood Grant Program is now open. Submit your application by 5 p.m. on March 27. This is the final opportunity to apply for funding in the 2026 calendar year.

The City will award up to $150,000 in grants to support community events and neighborhood projects.
