Regular lap swim and water fitness program hours resume this week at both the Sunnyvale Swim Complex and Washington Community Swim Center.
An accelerated transition to a new and improved registration system is underway. This transition will occur in phases starting Jan. 26.
- Drop-in passes can only be purchased at customer service desks or the pool office during program hours.
- Customers can no longer buy passes or register online.
- More information on how this will affect our aquatic patrons will come later this week.

How to Purchase Passes or Register for Classes.
Register in-person or over the phone at one of our customer service desks. You can also buy at the pool office during program hours if you have an established account. Sales are limited to one visit per transaction. Credit Cards only.

How Many Visits are Left on My Pass?
You can view how many visits are left on your active pass by following a few simple steps:

Log in to your online account and follow the file path below to view all valid passes and the number of visits left on each pass.
- Click "My Account"
- Under "History & Balances", click "My History". Member history is displayed and can be filtered by "Module".
- Select "Pass Membership". Remaining punches will display on the right for each active pass.
