December at the Library this year brings lots of holiday and winter cheer!
Many of our programs this month do not have registration. Space in our programs is still limited, and the doors will close when the program is full.
For programs with registrations, we recommend arriving early. Registrants' spots are only guaranteed until the start of the program.
Please note:
- The Library will be closing early at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23 and Dec. 30
- The Library will be closed all day on Dec. 24, 25, 31, and Jan. 1
- There will be a storytime break from Dec. 21 through Jan. 3
Scroll down or visit our calendar to view more programs happening in December.

This winter, set your own goal! What number of books is challenging for you? Write it down in a notebook or stick it on your refrigerator. Log at least 1 book in Beanstack by Jan. 12 to complete the challenge!
Who can join: Children from birth through grade 12.
How it works
-
Sign up for the Winter reading challenge between Dec. 1 and Jan. 12.
-
Get a free paperback book. After you sign up, pick it up at the Children's Information Desk and add your name to our Reader Wall.
