Now Accepting Applications for New Affordable Apartments at Ira D. Hall Square

We are pleased to share that applications are now open for Ira D. Hall Square, a new affordable housing community located at 1178 Sonora Court, Sunnyvale. This development offers 99 affordable rental apartments for eligible individuals and families. The project is developed and managed by MidPen Housing. 

Applications are being accepted until Aug. 4 at 5 p.m.

Ira D. Hall Square includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Units are all-electric and include modern appliances, air conditioning, and access to on-site amenities. MidPen Housing gives preference to applicants who live or work in the city.

Note: There is no advantage to submitting early, as all complete applications received by the deadline will be included in a lottery for unit selection.
