Where: Columbia Neighborhood Center Gym (enter from back door on Morse Avenue)
Join us for a gentle mindfulness and movement class designed to build self-awareness, reduce stress and help you feel calmer and more connected. All levels are welcome. Offered in partnership with The Art of Yoga Project, the class is open to adults 18+, high school students with a signed parent consent form and middle school youth accompanied by a parent or guardian. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Suggested donation is $3 per class (not required). There is no class on July 5.
