Join the Age-Friendly Action Plan staff advisory committee and help staff identify goals for the upcoming 2025-2028 Age-Friendly Action Plan.
Every three years the City of Sunnyvale revises its short-term goals to continue becoming a more age-friendly city. Committee members will meet two to three times to establish goals, followed by semi-annual progress meetings. Meeting dates are to be determined. Application deadline is ongoing, and vacancies are filled as needed.
