Multi-City Inclusionary Zoning Study Virtual Meeting
The City is studying an increase to our inclusionary housing requirement. Our inclusionary zoning policy now requires 15% of units in most new housing developments to be affordable. We are studying whether an increase to this requirement is feasible. Join us for a virtual meeting for the Santa Clara County Multi-City Inclusionary Zoning and Affordable Housing Study to learn more.
When: Monday, March 24 at 6 p.m. Where: Online
Our consultants for this study are Strategic Economics and Community Planning Collaborative. They will lead this meeting and discuss the study's purpose and goals. They will also show how the study can guide policies for more affordable housing in Sunnyvale. This meeting will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions about the study. Participants can also give feedback on these policies through a follow-up online survey.
