Mark your calendar! Registration for our summer swim lessons opens on Monday, March 3 at 9 a.m.
We offer lessons for participants 6 months and older, with classes available for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

Enrollment for our part-time Super Safari Preschool begins this month! Our caring and experienced staff engage with children ages 3 to 5 through song, dance and age-appropriate group games. Children must be 3 years old by Sept. 1 to join us for the fall school year. For children 3 years old by Dec. 15, sign up for class that starts in January. All children must be toilet-trained by the first day of class. Questions? Email Super Safari Preschool.

Child Care Fair
Saturday, March 22, 2 to 4 p.m.
Sunnyvale Public Library Program Room
Finding child care that works for your family is difficult. This free event eliminates the guesswork and allows parents/guardians to meet and talk with child care staff from various organizations offering full-time, part-time and care including before and after school.
Families who have infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children are encouraged to attend.

Summer Recreation Job Fair

It's not too late to apply and get hired for summer break! We're hiring for part-time and unbenefited positions that offer flexible hours (10-40 hours) while making an impact in our community.

The job fair hiring process takes about two hours to complete. Apply online BEFORE the event to complete the process in half the time so that you can interview immediately at the event.

Volunteer for Hands on the Arts Festival
Saturday, May 3 - Sunnyvale Community Center
The 40th Annual Hands on the Arts Festival needs your help! We are looking for volunteers (age 13 and up) to help prepare art supplies for the event and to assist during the event day.
Help us prepare art supplies at our prep parties on April 28, 29 and 30 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Event day volunteers can choose to work either a full-day or half-day shift. Full-day shifts are from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and half-day shifts are from 8:30 a.m. to noon or noon to 4 p.m.
Volunteers receive:
- Free lunch (full-day) or free snack (half-day)
- Community service hours
- Free gift (full-day only)
