Kate Li discovered yoga while healing from chronic back pain, and it quickly became a cornerstone for her physical and mental well-being. After completing her Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, Kate began sharing her practice through dynamic Vinyasa flows, yin classes, restorative classes and workshops focusing on combining yoga philosophy with asana practices. Outside of yoga, Kate is a data scientist and actuary working in tech. Her analytical mindset complements her yoga teaching, as she crafts thoughtful, intentional sequences that cater to the unique needs of each class.
This class will take place in the Library Program Room. Registration is not required.
Bring your own yoga mat and any props that may serve you. Yoga mats will not be provided.
