Topics include: ways to maintain our own mental, physical, and emotional health, helping our loved ones the best we can, and how to ask for help and find resources.

 Come join us to explore the Lindsay Wildlife Experience that connects people with wildlife. Enjoy, “Wild California” at the Raptor Redwood Grove to get close and personal with hawks, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals, and everything in between. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Black Bear Diner in Walnut Creek before our visit to Lindsay.

 The Senior Center will be offering a free fitness room orientation to Senior Center members the first Monday of every month. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get more familiar with the equipment. The orientation will be taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. Demonstrations and instructions on how to use each machine will include:
- How to properly set up the equipment (seating height, angle, etc.)
- How to use the cardio displays and panel
- How to properly use a fitness machine
- Explanation on the benefits of each machine and what it will do for you
When: First Monday every month (March 3)
Time: 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
