Topics include: ways to maintain our own mental, physical, and emotional health, helping our loved ones the best we can, and how to ask for help and find resources.

The Senior Center will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20 in observance of the holiday. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Next month, the Senior Center will be closed on Friday, Feb. 7 for an annual staff in-service day.
