Community Center Grounds Renovation
Construction for the Community Center Grounds Renovation Project is getting underway. Work will start the first week of December when the contractor installs fencing around the grounds near the upper and lower ponds. All buildings will be accessible from the parking lots throughout construction. The project is expected to be complete in early 2026.
Key features of the renovation will include playground structures; a restroom building; areas for ping pong, cornhole, and chess tables; new walking paths and seating areas; and updated, reconfigured ponds and fountains. The City Council awarded the contract for this work to Suarez & Munoz Construction.
