Join us for a transformative experience based in sound healing and deep meditation. This session is designed for relaxation, stress reduction and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. Participants will lay on yoga mats and immerse themselves in a soothing soundscape created by singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and sounds of nature.
Sailee Raje is a Silicon Valley techie turned energy healer and a certified meditation teacher and mindfulness coach. She practices a variety of alternative medicine modalities, with sound healing therapy and vibrational therapy being her favorites.
This program will take place in the Library Program Room. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and a water bottle. Optionally, you may also want to bring an eye mask.

Tuesday, Sept. 24, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Pull up a chair! Play a game with your neighbors, or solve a puzzle on your own. We'll have large print crossword and sudoku puzzles, playing cards, UNO, Hanabi (a collaborative card game) and a few board games to choose from. There will also be snacks provided.
This program was planned for older adults, but all adults are welcome. It will take place in the Program Room. Registration is not required.

Friday, Sept. 27, 4 to 5 p.m.
Project Sentinel is a non-profit organization that provides education, counseling, conciliation and other resources to assist with housing disputes. After an an informational presentation about what they do, they will discuss resources for tenants and landlords and answer your questions. In addition to this presentation, Project Sentinel will table at the Library on the second Wednesday of the each month from 3 to 5 p.m.
