Enjoy a day at the beautiful Monterey Bay. Whether it is dining, shopping, visiting the Aquarium or just strolling through Cannery Row, the day is yours to plan. The bus will drop off in Cannery Row at 10 a.m. and depart Cannery Row at 3:30 p.m. allowing plenty of time to explore the unlimited possibilities that exist in this gorgeous seaside town. This trip can be as busy or as relaxing as you like. Walking maps of Cannery Row will be provided at check-in.
Please dress in layers. Temperatures can be difficult to predict in June.

This class teaches introductory meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques that can be done sitting in a chair or on a mat. A short daily meditation can profoundly improve mental and emotional wellbeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, the class reduces stress, increases focus and promotes inner peace. By the end of the class, you’ll feel centered, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

This class is a good overview for anyone interested in improving brain health, nutrition knowledge, and in reducing their risk of dementia. It will provide you with action steps you can take along with resources to learn more.

This class will focus on full-body movement, targeted stretching and therapy ball rolling routines. Methods are derived from fascia training and release to restore healthy movement patterns, range of motion and overall well-being. Bring a mat and large towel to class. Therapy balls will be provided.
