Public Service Customer Service
Description: This half-day workshop brings together the best of our Public Service, Difficult Conversation and Implicit Bias workshops to offer insight on the benefits and responsibilities of public servants including working with your constituents in productive and meaningful ways. The workshop will cover the following issues:
- Public Sector Responsibility and Accountability
- Public Sector Transparency
- Public Perception of Public Sector Employment
- Public Sector Customer Service
- Public Service Standards of Conduct
- Implicit Bias
Who Should Attend? Any and all public employees, including entry-level employees, general and lead workers, supervisors and managers.
MCLE Credit - LCW is an approved provider for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Credit. Attorneys attending this course will receive 2.0 hours of MCLE credit. An MCLE sign-in sheet and certificate will be available at the workshop.
