Epic Soft Go-Live on October 21 for Registration Staff!

Epic Go-Live is coming! Most staff and providers are going live on November 2nd. But did you know our registration staff are going live Monday? That’s right. This weekend is "conversion weekend" when about 100 registration staff will manually transfer any post go-live patient appointments into Epic that didn’t transfer electronically. Then, starting October 21st, our registration staff will work in both legacy systems and Epic for two weeks until the rest of the organization goes live. CLICK HERE to see the full go-live timeline.

What to Expect at Go-Live

With a couple of weeks to go, we are eagerly anticipating what the full go-live will be like. Our colleagues at Epic tell us go-live will feel like multiple go-lives in one. Why? Go-Live Support Structure

Starting November 2, multiple tiers of support, including more than 200 Super Users, 150 analysts, and contracted Epic experts, will be ready to support you at go-live and beyond!

Support includes a new, permanent Health Service Desk and a temporary Go-Live Command Center to focus on any critical systems issues that may crop up. CLICK HERE to read more about the full go-live support structure.
