Epic Training Registration Underway

More than 40% of our staff and providers have been registered for their in-person, role-based Epic training. Most staff will be trained in September or October, while super users will be trained in August. For most staff, this training will be their first glimpse at Epic and all its functionality. Pulse Survey Results

More than 230 staff and providers gave us feedback on the recent Integr8 Health Pulse Survey. They reported modest improvements in the areas of communications, recognition, support, and general wellbeing related to our Epic implementation. We compiled answers to the most common questions and posted the full results here. 

Join the Appointment Conversion Weekend

Volunteers are still needed to help transfer patient appointments from our current EHR to Epic on October 19 and 20. Patient Services Assistants working that weekend will get to practice appointment scheduling without interruptions and help us achieve a critical milestone.
