San Mateo County, California Middlefield Road Improvement Project North Fair Oaks Fire / INCENDIO EN NORTH FAIR OAKS

NORTH FAIR OAKS FIRE 

The Redwood City Fire Department is working on a structure fire in the 2700 block of Middlefield Rd. in North Fair Oaks. 

Please AVOID the area. 

San Mateo County Sheriff deputies are on site evacuating residents now. Those who live nearby on Pacific Ave. and Calvin Ave. AND Dumbarton Ave. from the train tracks to Middlefield Rd. should EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY. 

County Health's Fair Oaks Health Center has also been evacuated. Staff are working with patients to reschedule appointments.

A temporary evacuation site — open for people evacuating from the fire — is located at the Red Morton Community Center, 1120 Roosevelt Ave., Redwood City.
