Pescadero Flag-Raising & Pride Parade
PMHS students, families, and community members will be marching to raise the progress flag at the town sign. The parade will begin at 11:45 am, departing from 360 Butano Cut Off Road, Pescadero. You may also join the march at the Pescadero Elementary school at 12:30 pm, 620 North St., OR meet us at 2020 Pescadero Creek Road at 1:15 pm for the flag raising.
Redwood City Flag-Raising & Mini-Pride
Redwood City is raising the Progress Pride Flag on Wednesday, May 31 at 5:30pm-7:30pm at Redwood City Courthouse Square! There will be LGBTQ resources and showings of two movies AND the Pride heart photo booth will be available for photos!
Filoli Pride will sparkle with drag performers delight in the Ballroom, a DJ Dance party at the pool, and a chance for all to try the fabulous gender inclusive heels by Lidia Talavera. Come as you are to join a camp night at Filoli. Drag optional, joy required! This Event will take place on Friday June 2 from 5:30-8pm.
The second annual Pacifica Pride Parade and festival in the quad will be at Ingrid B. Lacy School! The parade will begin at 11:00 am on the South end of Palmetto and the festival will begin at 11:30 am at IBL, with performances, tabling by local community groups, a family zone with a youth music area, food trucks, and more.

San Mateo County Pride Celebration is featuring its very first Parade!! The Parade starts at 10am and the main celebration starts at 11am. Join us for this free, sober, family-friendly, county-wide event on Saturday, June 11th from 11:00am-5:00pm at Central Park in the City of San Mateo. We will have live entertainment, live DJ, resource & vendor booths, youth activities and food trucks.

Intersectionality and visibility is critical for the community. That's why we want to uplift the raising of the Juneteenth Flag for the month of June! Please join Supervisor Noelia Corzo in raising the Juneteenth flag with speakers and song, and kick-off a month of awareness and events around the holiday. The flag-raising will be Tuesday, June 6, starting at 9:00am at the Courtyard Flag Pole at County Center, Redwood City.
