Kezban Sokat is a Researcher and Assistant Professor at San Jose State University who is doing work at the State and Federal level to assess the prevalence of trafficking within the transportation industry. She has a DOT grant and is looking to ask partners throughout the region who are in the anti-trafficking space to complete it. You don't need to be in the transportation industry to fill it out, and it is a worthwhile effort for anybody in the SMC HTI who is willing to take this survey.

This United States Department of Transportation funded study aims to investigate the role transportation in combatting human trafficking in California. For this purpose, we ask you to complete a survey on the knowledge about current policies, training, public awareness initiatives and partnerships about transportation and supply chain management among anti-trafficking practitioners. The survey is intended to take 15-20 mins. Upon completion of this survey, as a token of appreciation, we would like to offer you or an organization of your choice with a 20$ Visa Gift card. There will also be a follow-up interview option for those interested. Survey link: https://sjsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eyWmKuL8PavD7fg
