We are thrilled to share that this May, Jobs for Youth will be hosting a week of learning, connection, and celebration in honor of our 2021 Al Teglia Scholars!
Join us as we watch a documentary on institutional barriers to higher education, host a reflective discussion about solutions in our community, and, on May 20, celebrate the 20 fantastic Jobs for Youth Scholars.
This year, the Woodlawn Foundation has been matched with 2021 Jobs for Youth Al Teglia Scholars Kimberly Jacinto Tum (future psychologist), Alexio Quintanilla (future marine biologist), Kai Steiner (future world changer), and Laysa Velasquez Moreno (future pediatric nurse)!
We will be celebrating the Woodlawn-sponsored Scholars during the Scholar Celebration on May 20 at 11 am. Keep scrolling to learn more.
