We are thrilled to share that this May, Jobs for Youth will be hosting a week of learning, connection, and celebration in honor of our 2021 Al Teglia Scholars!
Join us as we watch a documentary on institutional barriers to higher education, host a reflective discussion about solutions in our community, and, on May 20, celebrate the 20 fantastic Jobs for Youth Scholars.
This year, the Town of Colma has been matched with 2021 Jobs for Youth Al Teglia Scholars Nicole Tsang and Fariha Khan!
Nicole is a junior at Westmoor High School and looks forward to a career in food chemistry. Fariha is a student at Skyline College and is pursuing a career as a physician assistant.
We will be celebrating Nicole and Fariha during the Scholar Celebration on May 20 at 11 am. Keep scrolling to learn more.
